Pre-construction Phase

• Support employer on project administration and coordination

• Initiate basic construction plan

• Coordinate design-build and examine design’s conflict

• Prepare tender document of the project

• Organize bidding , analyze , price comparisons and bidder selecting

• Control construction work of Sell office and show room

 

 

Construction Phase

• Control construction to ensure an accurate design and specification comply to architecture and engineering’s rule and regulation

• Control, examine and approve the construction work which is completed by main contractor and sub-contracting company included documentation and regulations.

• Regularly organize monitoring meetings to solve the problem for construction.

• Examine and control sub contractor to ensure that the construction will be completed as plan

• Control financial reimbursement for finished work of contractor

• Submit progress report on daily, weekly and monthly to employer.

 

 

Handover Phase

• Prepare defective list of delivered work

• Complete all outstanding works and remedying defects upon the list

• Examine as built – drawing and handover document from contractor, collected all document submit to employer.

• Plan work after completion and manage the delivering with employer

• Support employer on delivering task.
